Q: Can these be used with a PS3?

A: I havent used any headphones with the ps3 but if it has bluetooth then yes, 

these will work with any bluetooth.

Q: Is this speaker compatible to android phones? I have a ZTE Majesty smartphone. 

How is the music and speaker quality?

A: Yes, I use it with my Samsung Note 3 and it has excellent quality and range. 

The only problems I have seen with lag is when viewing Netflix on the iPad and 

I believe this is due to the Netflix streaming BS. Great bluetooth speaker for the price!
